Bill Stoddard

Bill Stoddard was born and raised in Southaven, MS and started his real estate career in 2002. As a native Mississippian, he has witnessed the extreme growth and demand in the North MS area. Bill’s superior knowledge of the local markets makes him a single point of contact for all your home buying and selling needs. This knowledge has proven to be extremely beneficial to his customers because he is able to provide the resources and tools needed to make each home buying and selling experience the best that it can be. 

In addition to providing customers with exceptional home buying and selling services, Bill also works directly with Desoto Home Builders, LLC and King Home Builders LLC. He plays a key role in their visions for developing new construction homes with desired locations, functional floor plans and custom designs has benefitted not only the builders but also his customers that want to start building from the ground up. 

Bill has also served the Southaven community as a firefighter for over 22 years and is employed by The City of Southaven.
